We facilitate coaching sessions to help individuals Branch Out to Reach Their Highest Potential℠. These clients are typically in transition, want to clarify their goals, and are committed to personal transformation.
For leaders and executives, we focus on teaching clients the importance of emotional intelligence to ignite behavioral change and develop visionary leaders. We typically work with companies with 500+ employees in the U.S. or overseas to assist their managers and teams in overcoming interpersonal challenges and limiting habits, beliefs, and mindsets via individual and team coaching to improve performance and productivity.
Our clients consult with us to help them improve operational processes and organizational culture through educating executives and senior leaders on ethical decision-making and modeling ethical behaviors that reinforce company values, assessing corporate compliance, and delivering organizational culture workshops.

Coaching
Coaching is a co-creative relationship centered on the client’s objectives. Coaching sessions are structured to generate empowering insights, new perspectives, and internal motivation that supports client growth, accountability, and commitment to achieving success via the implementation of SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound) goals.
Private Clients: Services available for private clients include North Star Coaching and Career Coaching as well as tools and assessments for self-development and growth. Private clients are often amid personal or professional transition, want to clarify their goals, and are committed to personal transformation.
Corporate-Sponsored Clients: Services available for corporate-sponsored clients include EQ Assessments and Leadership Coaching, Executive and Leadership Coaching, Organizational Culture Workshops and Coaching, and Ethics Coaching and Training as well as tools and assessments for individual, team, group, and organizational development and growth.

Consulting
Our consulting clients represent diverse industries (financial services, technology, manufacturing, energy, and environmental), and typically share the same goals: an ethics and compliance program that meets Board approval as well as a workforce that supports the company’s vision with enthusiasm.
Corporate Clients: Consulting services available for Corporate Clients include Compliance Program Evaluation, Compliance Risk Assessments, and Policy Creation and Governance.
Corporate Clients generally seek consulting services because:
Their Board requested an external compliance evaluation.
They are due for a regulatory inspection and may not be ready.
An assessment of their ethics and compliance program is needed in advance of a sale of the business.
An acquisition triggered the need for assistance with compliance integration.
Proactive monitoring of incidents/complaints for red flags indicate that there may be weaknesses in internal controls or misalignment of personnel functions.
Ongoing compliance risk assessments and periodic program evaluations are industry best practices.
How We Engage
We work with our own clients and in cooperation with other coaching and consulting firms.
Initial Consultation: The initial stage of an engagement begins with a free 20-minute consultation to discuss the initial issues identified and determine an appropriate path forward.
Contracting: Once the client has decided to enter a formal arrangement a contract is signed. The contract outlines the parameters of the relationship, and payment of a retainer signals the client’s commitment to begin the process and reserves time for the engagement to occur.
Format: Coaching and consulting are offered via Zoom, the client’s own virtual platform, or in-person or onsite depending on the client’s circumstances.
Timeline: Engagement length is unique to each client’s requirements and desired outcomes.
For example, depending on a client’s needs and level of commitment, engagement length varies as follows:
Private Clients: An initial session, then two 50-minute coaching sessions per month for periods of 3 months, 4 months, or 6 months based on the client’s selection. Upon completion of the contracted engagement term, the client may choose to renew for the same engagement term, another term, or periodic progress check-ins for as long as the client desires.
Corporate-Sponsored Clients: An initial session or kickoff meeting, then 3-month, 6-month, 1-year, 2-year, or 3-year increments based on the coaching services selected and renewable in 3-month or 6-month periods or periodic progress check-ins for as long as the client desires.
Corporate Clients: An initial session or kickoff meeting, then 3-month, 4-month or 6-month period depending on compliance consulting services selected and renewable for a 1-month period or services transitioned to an hourly basis.

Each goal is carefully examined to ensure that it is achievable and can be realistically completed in the client’s desired timeline.

She specializes in Ethics, Compliance, Culture, and Leadership with a focus on teaching clients the importance of emotional intelligence to ignite behavioral change and develop visionary leaders.

Executive and Leadership Coaching
Senior leaders, executives, and Board Members exercise supervision and oversight responsibilities while staying abreast of constant changes in industry standards and regulations. Executive and Leadership coaching is one of several methods to keep individuals updated on internal policies, regulatory developments, emerging risks, and industry trends. Training centers on what’s important to these executives and can be as short as thirty-minutes to deliver the essentials of a subject or up to ninety-minutes for a more in-depth study.
Organizational Culture Workshops and Coaching
A positive workplace culture that fosters employee satisfaction, celebrates team and individual performance, and nurtures creativity and innovative thinking, organically promotes technical excellence that spurs organizational growth. Organizational Culture Workshops and Coaching allows individuals and teams to assess their knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) as well as examine their mindsets, habits, and behaviors to create a more cohesive culture where employees voluntarily align themselves with the organization’s vision and mission while accomplishing their personal and professional goals.

Ethics Coaching and Training
Business ethics concerns the accepted behavior and values that forms the core principles and guidelines an organization follows in its interactions with individuals. For most organizations, ethical decision-making encompasses values like integrity, respect, fairness, honesty, accountability, and right action. Ethics Coaching and Training applies research and ethical concepts blended with an organization’s values to provide scenario-based discussions to enhance ethical decision-making and empower managers and senior leaders with the tools to resolve ethical dilemmas.
Compliance Consulting
A Compliance Program Evaluation is a practical mechanism to assess internal controls before a regulatory examination, receive guidance on developing a newly formed compliance department, and incorporate ethics and compliance as part of an ongoing process linked to a strategic plan. We offer this service to small-sized organizations with headcounts under 1,500. We generally structure the evaluation according to applicable industry standards and the advice in the U.S. Department of Justice’s 2020 guidance on the Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs.
