When a company leads with ethical behavior and practices, employees are motivated and loyal to the mission and vision of the company, resulting in better performance, lower turnover, and higher levels of customer service. I help organizations lead with ethical behavior and practices by:

• Applying capabilities as a Certified Ethics & Compliance Professional to assist CHROs and CCOs in creating toolkits for managers concerning ethical decision making and modeling ethical behavior.

• Employing skills as a SHRM-CP to design workshops that are responsive to unique client situations like psychological safety in the workplace, microaggression awareness, and the ethics of incorporating diversity in all forms to increase employee engagement.

• Coaching individuals in modeling ethical behavior to promote a “speak up” environment based on trust, respect, and company values.

• Utilizing competencies as a Certified North Star Coach to coach individuals on the ethics of authenticity in aligning their abilities and passion to work towards a promotion, career transition, or creative endeavor.
