Spotlight ESG

Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability has merged and expanded into a more comprehensive domain known as Environment, Social, and Governance (“ESG”). What exactly is ESG and why is it a topic for discussion at most Compliance conferences and Board meetings? The answer depends on the industry, regulations, and mission and strategic objectives of an organization.
