Dr. Devonish brings over 25 years of experience and lessons learned across various sectors working with regional, national, and international clients. Dr. Devonish began her career as an Attorney-Adviser at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, then further developed her expertise as a financial services attorney and legal and compliance expert working at a New York law firm and at international banks and investment management companies. Prior to founding CCCS, she served as the Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Transamerica Investment Management, LLC, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors. At Transamerica she designed, implemented, and administered the firm’s ethics and compliance program with five professional staff and an annual budget of $1.2M. This experience, combined with continuous upskilling, allows her to offer expertise based on knowledge and industry best practices. At CCCS, corporate compliance consulting and coaching to align behaviors and mindsets with an organization’s vision, mission, and values is what Dr. Devonish enjoys the most in helping clients succeed.

Her corporate clients include financial services, manufacturing, energy, and environmental organizations. She has also assisted clients in the technology, telecommunications, and pharmaceutical sectors. Dr. Devonish was the recipient of the Rotary Club of Jacksonville-Oceanside's 2023-2024 Rising Star Award in Recognition of Outstanding Club Leadership and Service.
