At the helm of CCCS is Dr. Emme Devonish, an attorney, executive coach, and compliance professional who has held senior leadership and executive roles including Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer. She brings over 25 years of experience helping international, national, and regional organizations improve their corporate compliance programs.

Dr. Devonish began providing coaching services to her clients several years ago because “all compliance problems are people problems” and a good compliance structure with “the right people in the right seats” is what makes teams and companies succeed.
